Property management

Operation, control, paperwork and oversight of real estate

Property management is also the management of personal property, equipment, tooling, and physical capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair, and maintain end item deliverables. Property management involves the processes, systems, and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization, and disposition.

Expats Help will assist you in organizing full property management for real estates located in any area of Bulgaria and purchased using our services. For properties located in Sofia city, Varna city, the beach resorts and the ski resorts, management and letting services are provided by our highly recommended partners from Property Management branch who provide a full management and letting service. This includes regular cleaning and laundry changing, bill payments, key holding, meeting of guests, etc.

All our clients will be offered full management services such as maintenance, payment of bills for electricity, water and telephone, payment of annual municipal and local taxes, cleaning, laundry, repairs, regular inspection visits to the property. Also included are services such as setting up new water and electricity accounts and submitting annual tax returns etc. For provision of these services, an annual management fee is charged which varies depending on the region and type of your property.
